Our survey of 4300 Fort Collins residents showed that people want a city bus service that covers the entire town on a grid of stops no more than a half mile apart, with a 20 minute frequency, running from 6am to 11pm. A one-cent sales tax (one penny per dollar) could fund this and give Fort Collins a world class public transportation system.
